Emmanuel Roberto Goffi (born December 10, 1971) is a French Air Force Officer (Captain). He is a philosopher, ethicist and a specialist in international relations. He currently is an Instructor and Research Fellow at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada. His work mainly focuses on military ethics and security studies, and more specifically on the robotization of the battlefield.〔SpeakersAcademy.com. ("Biography of E.Goffi" ) on〕 Capt. Goffi lectured in international relations and the Law of Armed Conflict at the French Air Force Academy for five years before he was appointed as a research associate at the Center for Aerospace Strategic Studies in Paris.
